Refund & Return Policy

At BlossomKart, we take pride in delivering fresh flowers and gifts with excellent service. However, in rare cases where you are not satisfied, please review our refund and return guidelines below:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Customized or perishable orders (such as flowers, and personalized gifts) cannot be cancelled once processed.
  • Standard orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched, typically within 1–2 hours of placement.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet).
  • Any promotional discounts or coupons used are non-refundable.

2. Returns & Damages

If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Eligible customers may request:

  • A replacement of the same product.
  • A full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Recipient unavailable or unreachable at the time of delivery.
  • Recipient refusing delivery.
  • Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated within 24 hours of approval.
  • It may take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or original payment method, depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

  • Perishable items (flowers, same-day delivery products) cannot be returned once delivered.
  • Non-perishable gift items may be eligible for return, subject to manual approval.
  • No return pickups are available for remote areas or international orders.
