Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. While we try to offer flexibility, cancellations are subject to the nature of our time-sensitive and perishable products. Please review our cancellation guidelines below.
1. Standard Cancellation Window
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.
- Requests must be made immediately by contacting our support team with your order ID.
2. Non-Cancellable Orders
- Orders placed for same-day delivery, early morning delivery, or midnight delivery are non-cancellable once placed.
- Customized products (e.g., customize mugs, personalized gifts) cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- Orders that have already been prepared or sent for delivery cannot be cancelled.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- If your order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days after cancellation confirmation.
