1. Order Cancellation

  • Customized or perishable orders (like flowers) cannot be cancelled once processed.
  • Standard orders can be cancelled if not yet dispatched—typically within 2 hours of placement.
  • Upon approval, refunds are processed within 12 working hours.
  • A 5% cancellation fee applies and any promotional discounts used are non-refundable.

2. Returns & Damages

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Eligible customers may choose from:

  • Replacement of the same product.
  • Refund in store credits (within ~12 hours).
  • Refund to original payment method (within 3–5 working days).

3. Non‑Refundable Situations

  • Wrong address provided by the sender.
  • Recipient unavailable or unreachable at delivery time.
  • Recipient refuses the delivery.
  • Complaint lodged after 24 hours from delivery.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 12 working hours of approval.
  • Original payment refunds take 3–5 working days depending on your bank.

5. Return Shipping

  • Perishable same‑day orders cannot be returned or picked up.
  • Non-perishable items can be picked up within 24 hours of delivery in local areas.
  • No return pickups are available for remote areas or international orders.
